The Depot Coffee House

Located near Downtown Ruston by the railroad tracks, The Depot provides a wide range of budget-friendly drinks and treats and rotates through fun seasonal flavors throughout the year. One of their biggest seasonal hits is their drink the Zebra; this mixture of white and dark chocolate is to die for! This coffee house offers all kinds of space with a comfy and cozy feel and is widely known for its friendly and smiling staff. Also, for all the music lovers they regularly host Open Mic Nights to feature Ruston’s local talent!

Common Goods

This local bread bakery serves up signature toasts, sandwiches, coffee, breakfast items, fresh breads, and more homemade treats. Conveniently located right off I-20, their artistic and cozy atmosphere makes for a perfect place to study or catch up with friends. Common Goods' coffee menu offers the classics, as well as a few house favorites, including their comforting honey lavender latte. Their seasonal menu offers special drinks that you won't want to miss. And be sure to grab a donut or pastry to go with your coffee - made in house, of course!

Railway Coffee

Railway Coffee is a third-wave coffee shop which features two locations. The spatial bohemian location sits in the heart of downtown Ruston. The more contemporary location, The Nest, is on the northside and provides a drive-through option. Railway Coffee proudly serves its own locally-roasted coffee and is also distinguished for its selection of imported specialty coffees. Some other popular drinks include their Nitro Cold Brew and Chai Lattes. In addition to drinks, Railway offers many freshly baked goods; the owner’s personal favorites include the ham & cheese croissants, blueberry muffins, and bacon & cheddar scones! They also provide healthier options such as gluten-free breakfast sandwiches and acai bowls.
