1. North Louisiana Military Museum:

Immerse yourself in the rich military history of North Louisiana at this fascinating museum. Explore exhibits featuring artifacts and weaponry that have been curated by veterans to provide an educational and engaging experience for the whole family. Be sure to walk around outside to see tanks, planes, and more machinery! Saturday hours are 10:00am-4:00pm.

3. Public Art:

Ruston is home to a thriving arts culture. There are murals throughout town painted by artists in partnership with the Ruston Cultural District. Be sure to also keep your eye out for all of the bulldog statues around town that are each uniquely painted by awarded artists, and post lots of pictures with the hashtag #bulldogproject.

Purchase a day pass, and you can bowl a few rounds or climb up a massive rock wall, play pool or ping pong, and swim in the pool or play basketball on the indoor courts. Your kids will love the chance to be adventurous with all these exciting activity.

3. Shopping at Downtown Ruston:

While the kiddos are at the ballpark, explore the charming streets of Downtown Ruston and discover a variety of boutiques, galleries, and specialty shops. From unique gifts to stylish apparel, you'll find plenty of treasures to take home as souvenirs of your trip. Be sure to stop by the Ruston Farmers Market on Saturday from 9:00am-1:00pm
