It is a unique and free workshop hosted at the Lincoln Parish Library. It has been designed by industry experts and a local master food truck owner in Ruston, Desi Bourgeois. Participants will get a comprehensive understanding of business planning, licensing, marketing, and best practices specific to food trucks in Ruston. It offers participants a unique opportunity to not only learn about the ins and outs of the food truck industry but also to network with fellow entrepreneurs and professionals. The duration of this workshop is expected to be 3 hours, with a lot of information and material to cover.
